How to reach support

Bearwood Labs is based in Australia, so time zones can affect reply times.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more of this you include up front, the easier it is to check the issue without a round of questions. Include whichever of these apply:
- Which product and version you’re using.
- Windows or Mac, and if it’s a Mac, whether it’s an Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) machine.
- Your PowerPoint version, if it’s a PowerPoint add-in.
- The exact error message, or a screenshot of what you’re seeing.
- The email address you bought with, and where you bought it: bearwoodlabs.com / Gumroad, or Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT).
- The file that misbehaves, for output problems. If you’re able to share it, it helps a lot.
Feature ideas and feedback
Section titled “Feature ideas and feedback”Please send them. Many features in these tools exist because a customer emailed and asked for them.
If something’s missing, awkward, or doesn’t work the way you expected, send it through. Even if it’s not something that can be built, it’s useful to know.
