Access your past purchases

Bought something from Bearwood Labs a while back and can’t find the download? Nothing expires, and you don’t need to buy again. Where you look depends on where you bought it.

Where did you buy it?

Everything Bearwood Labs sells comes through one of two places:

• Gumroad: anything bought directly from the Bearwood Labs website goes through Gumroad checkout.
• Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT): a few products are also sold on TPT.

If you’re not sure which one you used, start with Gumroad, then check TPT.

Get your Gumroad purchases

Every product you’ve ever bought through Gumroad sits in your Gumroad library. You don’t need to dig through old emails.

1. Go to your Gumroad library.
2. Log in with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Your purchases are listed there. Open the one you want and download it again.

Note

If Gumroad shows the product as available to buy again rather than in your library, you’re almost certainly logged in with a different email than the one you bought with. Log out and try your other email addresses.

Get your TPT purchases

If you bought on Teachers Pay Teachers, your download lives in your TPT account, not in Gumroad.

1. Log in to your account at teacherspayteachers.com.
2. Open My Purchases.
3. Find the product and download it again.

Tip

For a TPT purchase, your license key is normally inside the download itself, usually a file named license.txt. There’s no separate license email. See find your license key for where to look.

Common snags

A few things trip people up when they come back after a long time:

The purchase is under a different or old email. You might have switched schools, changed providers, or bought with a personal address. Check every email address you might have used at checkout. If you still can’t find it, contact support. Once the purchase is verified, it can usually be sorted out.

An old download link doesn’t work anymore. Direct download links in original purchase emails can expire. That link expiring doesn’t affect your purchase. Use your Gumroad library instead, or ask for a fresh link.

You can log in but nothing shows up. That usually means the library you’re looking at belongs to a different email. Try your other addresses first.
