Refunds and billing

Bearwood Labs purchases are processed through the platform where the order was placed. This page is a policy reference for refunds, receipts, payment failures, and Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) orders.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic. The purchase platform, product type, license status, and support history may affect the outcome.

Before buying, check that the product supports your operating system, PowerPoint version, and intended use. Product requirements are listed on the product and install pages.

If a product is not working, use the install, updating, and troubleshooting pages first. Most add-in issues are caused by a blocked file, an expired certificate, a missing PowerPoint add-in entry, or a required Mac setting.

Some products have separate Windows and Mac versions. A Windows license does not automatically unlock a Mac product, and a Mac license does not automatically unlock a Windows product.

Most direct purchases are processed by Gumroad. Receipts, downloads, and license details are available through your Gumroad receipt email and Gumroad library.

Keep your receipt. It is your proof of purchase and the fastest way to confirm an order if support is needed.

Payment processing is handled by Gumroad. A failed or declined payment is usually fixed by retrying, using a different card, or using a different browser.

Persistent payment problems are handled by Gumroad, not directly by Bearwood Labs.

Some products are also sold on Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). A purchase made there follows TPT’s own purchase and refund process, so any TPT refund request must go through TPT support.
